The access code is required after completing the full registration and is received via invitation or postcard. It can be entered in the web version or in the apps (Android, iOS), each via the option "by access code" or "by postcard." You can only enter the access code if you have already completed all registration steps up to that point. You receive your access code if you had an invitation in your mailbox or requested a postcard. Alternatively, you can choose another verification method that does not require an access code.
Where do you enter the access code? First, choose your device:

If you have already received an access code via flyer, click on "by access code" in the list of different verification methods and enter the access code in the next step.
You have selected the verification method "by postcard" and the postcard has arrived. Open nebenan.de and log in. You should automatically reach the screen where you can enter your access code. If this is not the case, you will find the field "Enter access code" at the top right of the homepage. Click on this green field; a new window will open where you can enter your access code.
