If it still doesn’t work, send us your complete address so the location can be checked and activated manually.

Check your entry: Please briefly check whether there is a typo in the street, house number, or postal code. Sometimes the system does not recognize the address if a detail is missing.
Manual correction: If you find an error, you can correct your address at any time during registration by going back one step in the app.
