The access code on the postcard may not work if case sensitivity was not observed, if the code was accidentally entered as a password or in the SMS code field, or if the code belongs to a different email address. Please check the following:
- Did you pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters?
- Did you perhaps accidentally enter the access code under “Password”? You set the password yourself. We will then ask you for the access code.
- Did you possibly enter the access code in the SMS code field?
- Are you perhaps registered under a different email address, and the code belongs to another profile?
