After requesting, the postcard is sent within two days and should arrive within three to four days. If there are delivery issues, the help team can be contacted via a contact form. Incorrect address details or incomplete names are common reasons for shipping problems. Faster address verification is possible if a photo of an official document with name and address is sent by email.
Once you have requested a postcard, we ask for a little patience. We prepare the postcard and send it within a maximum of two days. It should arrive within three to four days. If this is not the case, we are happy to assist you further.
Reasons for unsuccessful postcard delivery:
- There was an error in entering the address.
- The name was not provided correctly/completely.
Note: Your address verification is faster if you send us a photo of the letterhead of an official document (e.g., registration certificate, mobile phone or electricity bill) by email. Please ensure that your full name and address are visible on the document. The document will then be deleted from our server in compliance with data protection regulations.
