The terms of use govern the financial sponsorship of Good Hood GmbH, operator of nebenan.de, as a gift without consideration. Sponsorships can be one-time or recurring (at least 1 euro monthly). Users can manage amounts and cancel recurring sponsorships at any time. German law applies.

1. Application
1.1 The following terms of use apply in the case of financial sponsorship in favor of Good Hood GmbH, operator of nebenan.de (hereinafter: “Sponsorship”). The terms of use for sponsorship apply in addition to the terms of use for registered users on nebenan.de
2. Sponsorship
2.1 The sponsorship is either on a recurring basis, i.e., once per calendar month or once per year (“Recurring Sponsorship”) or one-time (“One-Time Sponsorship”).
2.2 The amount of the sponsorship (“Sponsorship Amount”) can be determined by the user, whereby the minimum monthly amount for recurring sponsorship is 1.00 euro and the minimum annual amount is 12.00 euros.
2.3 The sponsorship is treated as a gift within the meaning of § 516 BGB (German Civil Code).
2.4 Nebenan.de does not commit to any consideration for the sponsorship; the user does not receive a donation receipt for their sponsorship. For recurring sponsorships, invoices can be viewed in the payment section of the profile.
2.5 You can adjust and manage your sponsorship amount in your user account for a recurring sponsorship.
3. Payment
3.1 The sponsorship is effected by the user’s payment of the sponsorship amount.
3.2 Depending on the chosen payment method, the conditions of the respective payment service apply in addition.
3.3 Good Hood GmbH accepts the sponsorship.
4. Termination
4.1 The user can terminate their recurring sponsorship at any time with immediate effect.
4.2 Termination is done via the user’s account or in text form (e.g., by email to foerderer@nebenan.de).
4.3 The recurring sponsorship automatically ends with the deletion of the user’s account.
5. Applicable Law
5.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding international private law and the UN Sales Convention as incorporated into German law. The mandatory consumer protection law of the European member state in which a user has their habitual residence remains unaffected.
