You can change your account connection for the sponsorship yourself by going to nebenan.de/sponsor/manage or by selecting "Manage Sponsorship" via your name and "Your Receipts." There, you can edit, add, or delete payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, or direct debit. At least one payment method must remain active; the primary one can only be deleted by support. Do you have a new account connection and want to update it for your sponsorship?
You can easily change it yourself. Simply follow this link: nebenan.de/sponsor/manage
Or go to your name and then to "Your Receipts."
Now click on "Manage Sponsorship"
A small window will open, and under "Your Payment Methods" you can edit your payment method—add a new one or delete your old one. You can choose between credit card, PayPal, and direct debit.
Please note that the system always requires at least one current payment method. You cannot delete your primary payment method yourself. However, support will gladly do this for you.
