1. Supporting Membership
1.1. By becoming a supporting member, I make a regularly recurring payment to Good Hood GmbH (operator of nebenan.de) in the amount I have chosen until I cancel, without any entitlement to consideration (gift).
1.2. Since Good Hood GmbH is not recognized as non-profit by the tax office, unfortunately no donation receipt can be issued.
2. Payment
2.1. I commit to paying the amount I have chosen for the duration of my supporting membership.
2.2. Depending on the payment method I have chosen, the conditions of the SEPA mandate I have given or the payment service I have selected apply additionally.
3. Duration and Termination
I can cancel the supporting membership at any time. Cancellation is made via the user account or in text form (e.g., by email).

4.1. German law applies.
4.2. The terms of use for the nebenan.de supporting membership apply in addition to the general nebenan.de terms of use.
