This article explains how to edit personal profile information and tags in the web version, Android app, and iOS app. Shared interests with neighbors are highlighted in color. There is a separate article for uploading a profile picture.
First, select your device:
For the Web Version:
You fill out your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner and selecting “Your Profile.” On this page, you can now add personal information about yourself by clicking the “+” button. Click “Edit” to update or expand your information.
Under “Edit,” you can add new tags and/or remove tags simply by clicking on the field with the word. At the end, click “Save” at the bottom to save your changes.
Later, when you view your neighbors’ profiles under “Interests” and “Offers,” the fields representing interests and offers you share will be highlighted in green. Those you do not share will be gray fields.
For our Android App:
Tap the three lines at the bottom right of the screen, then tap “View Profile” at the top. On this page, you can add or edit personal information about yourself by tapping the pencil icon.
In edit mode, you can add new tags and/or remove tags simply by tapping on the field with the word. At the end, tap “Save” at the top right to save your changes.
Later, when you view your neighbors’ profiles under “Interests” and “Offers,” the fields representing interests and offers you share will be highlighted in dark gray. Those you do not share will be light gray fields.
For our iOS App:
Tap the three lines at the bottom right of the screen, then tap “View Profile” at the top. On this page, you can add or edit personal information about yourself by tapping the pencil icon.
In edit mode, you can add new tags and/or remove tags simply by tapping on the field with the word. At the end, tap “Save” at the bottom to save your changes.
