The German Neighborhood Award has been awarded annually since 2017 and is a nationwide recognition for all those who actively support other neighbors, strengthen togetherness, and shape the WE. It is aimed at large and small initiatives and projects that contribute to good neighborhood relations.
The commitment of each individual makes an important contribution in small ways to social cohesion in our country. A contribution that benefits us all.
Participation is open to neighborhood associations, neighborhood centers, non-profit organizations, social enterprises, as well as engaged groups and informal gatherings of committed neighbors.
Do you know of an initiative from or for the neighborhood that should be recognized? Or are you even part of a project yourself? Then be part of the next German Neighborhood Award.
