Members of a neighborhood can change their email address in their user account by entering their password and verifying the new address via a confirmation link. The change is only completed after confirmation. There are specific instructions for making the change on the Web, Android, and iOS apps. If you have problems with the link, please use the most recent confirmation link.
If you are already a member of a neighborhood, you can change your email address under "Your User Account." For this, you just need to enter your password again and then you can make the change. Afterwards, you will receive a message from us to verify your new email address. Click on the confirmation link provided in the email.
Please note: The change is only completed once you have confirmed your new email address via the confirmation link.
Are you not yet verified for your neighborhood and therefore do not have full access to your profile? No problem, we are happy to help you change your email address.
You have changed your email address, but the confirmation link we sent to your new email address no longer works? Please make sure to use the link from the last email we sent you. Only this one is current!
Here we show you how to change your email address. Select your device:
For the web version:
Click on your profile picture at the top right and select "Your User Account." In the next step, click on "Edit email and password" and enter your password.
For our Android app:
First, tap the 3 lines at the bottom right edge of the screen and then the gear icon at the top right. In the next window, select "Your User Account."
Tap "Change your email address" and enter your password.
For our iOS app:
First, tap the 3 lines at the bottom right edge of the screen and then the gear icon at the top right. In the next window, select "Your User Account."
Scroll down a bit and tap the pencil next to "Email & Password" and enter your password.
