You can hide individual posts from a neighboring person while other posts remain visible. To do this, click on the three dots at the top right of the post and select "Hide post." For blocking a profile, please see the linked article.
You have the option to hide individual posts from a neighboring person, so all other posts from that person will still be visible to you.
