Fake messages pretend to be from nebenan.de Support and ask you to click links, provide data, or confirm your account. The team never writes to you through the platform and never asks for passwords, bank details, or security codes. Do not click; report the message. If you have entered any data, change your passwords immediately or contact your bank and the blocking emergency number 116 116.
Fake messages sent in the name of nebenan.de are currently circulating as posts, group messages, and private messages. The wording keeps changing. The senders often present themselves as “nebenan Support” and give you a deadline.
These messages do not come from us. There is no payment system for the nebenan.de Marketplace and no connection to other apps or platforms. Your Marketplace works as usual.
Important: The nebenan.de team never contacts you through private messages, posts, comments, or groups on the platform. We never ask you for bank or card details, passwords, or security codes.
