We are excited to introduce our new premium feature for the nebenan.de marketplace, initially available only for iOS users. With this, listings can be boosted to the top position in the neighborhood for a one-time fee of €2.49 for five days—with color highlighting and a “Grab it” label. The feature will be available for iOS in the first week of April; for Android, this functionality will be available in the next phase.
More Visibility for Listings – Without Restrictions for Other Users
With this new feature, we offer our users the opportunity to specifically highlight their marketplace listings and find buyers faster. It was important for us to develop a solution that does not impose restrictions on non-paying users.
How It Works:
- “Grab it” – More Visibility with One Click: iOS users can push their listings to the first position in their neighborhood for €2.49.
- Duration & Transparency: The highlighting remains active for five days, and users can see at any time how long their item will stay in the top position.
- Fairness & Rotation: If multiple users in a neighborhood push their listings, the traffic is shared to provide equal opportunities for all.
- Simple Processing: Payment is conveniently made via Apple In-App Payment.
- Upgrade Possible Afterwards: Users can also highlight their existing posts retroactively.
