This guide explains how users on nebenan.de can edit, reserve, mark as taken, or delete their marketplace listings on Web, Android, and iOS. Changes do not move posts to the top; to do that, the listing must be recreated. Categories such as "Sell" or "Give away" cannot be changed and require creating a new listing.
First, select your device:
For our Web version
Click on the 3 dots on the right side of your listing and select the option "Edit". In the next step, you can edit your listing.
Note: Marketplace listings on nebenan.de are sorted by creation date. This means that posts last edited do not move back to the top. If you want your marketplace listing to appear at the top again, it must be deleted and recreated.
If you have successfully sold or given away your item, you can delete your listing using the "delete" button.
You also have the option to reserve items for interested parties in advance, if the item has not yet been concretely sold and picked up.
If the person did not take the reserved item after all, simply click on "Mark as available".
For our Android version
Click on the option "Edit post". In the next step, you can edit your listing.

If you have successfully sold or given away your item, you can delete your listing using the "Delete" button.

For our iOS version
Click on the 3 dots on the right side of your listing and select the option "Edit". In the next step, you can edit your listing.

If you have successfully sold or given away your item, you can mark this with the button "Mark as taken". You also have the option to reserve items for interested parties in advance, if the item has not yet been concretely sold and picked up. For this, click on "Mark as reserved".
Note: If you have marked the item as taken or sold, your offer no longer appears in the marketplace but is still found under "Your posts". However, if the item is gone, it is better to delete your listing completely. To do this, click on the 3 dots on the right and select the option "Delete".
If the person did not take the reserved item after all, simply click on "Mark as available".
Please note: The main categories "Miscellaneous", "Sell", "Give away", "Lend", "Swap", "Help & Service" cannot be changed by editing your post. If you want to change the main category, the post must be deleted and recreated.
