This article explains how to save interesting listings on the platform and contact sellers. Depending on your device (Web, Android, iOS), users can bookmark listings and find them in their saved list. To contact a seller, click on “Contact Seller,” which opens a new conversation in your inbox. Sellers do not see this contact option on their own listings.
Have you found an interesting listing? Then save it or contact the seller. Here we show you how it works.
First, select your device:
For our Web version
You save interesting listings by clicking the bookmark icon.
You can find your saved posts and listings under “Your Saved List” in the menu under your profile picture.
If you want to contact the seller, click on “Contact Seller” in the listing. You will then be automatically redirected to your inbox, and a new conversation with the person will be created.
For our Android app
You save interesting listings by clicking the bookmark icon.
You can find your saved posts and listings under “Your Saved List” in the menu under the three lines at the bottom right of the screen.

Why don’t I see the “Contact Seller” button on my own listings?
Since you wouldn’t contact yourself as the listing creator to buy the item or to make an inquiry, the options appear differently for you as a seller on your own listings.
Potential buyers see the “Contact Seller” option on your listings.
