You can send private messages to neighbors that only the addressed person can read. Choose your device (Web, Android, iOS), click on the profile picture or the person's name, tap on "Personal Message," and start a conversation. In the mailbox, you will find all messages and can write new ones, but only to direct neighbors. Instructions on how to delete messages are linked.

Note: Private messages between you and your neighbors are private. Only the addressed person can read these messages.
First, select your device:
For the web version:
First, click on the profile picture or the name of the neighbor. Their profile page will open. Tap the "Personal Message" field to start a new private conversation.
Under "Mailbox" on the right menu, you will find all messages between you and your neighbors, as well as the option to write a new personal message. To do this, enter the first name of the person in the "Search neighbors" field at the top and then click on the desired person in the list. A new private conversation will open automatically. However, this only works with direct neighbors.
