This article explains how to invite neighbors via nebenan.de, either by using an invitation link in the web version or app, or by posting flyers. Successful invitations will be displayed in your profile. Step-by-step instructions for Web, Android, and iOS show how to copy and share the link, depending on whether the neighborhood is already active or not.
You want to invite neighbors and/or acquaintances to use nebenan.de, which makes us very happy. Use our invitation feature for this.
If your neighbors successfully register via the link, your successful invitations will be shown in your profile.
If you prefer the "good old ways," you can post a notice in your stairwell or ask local shops if they can display your notice at the counter or window. Here you will find our invitation by leaflet / flyer.
Here we show you how it works. First, choose your device:
For our web version:
If your neighborhood is already active
Select "More…" on the right in the navigation menu, then "Invite neighbors." In the next window, click "Copy invitation link." Then share the link with your neighbors and/or acquaintances via email or another communication channel.
If your neighborhood is not yet active
Click on the three lines at the top right and select "Invite neighbors" from the navigation menu. In the next window, click "Copy invitation link." Then share the link with your neighbors and/or acquaintances via email or another communication channel.
For our apps:
If your neighborhood is already active
Click on the three lines at the bottom right of the screen, then on "Settings and more," and finally on "Invite neighbors." There you can share the invitation link and send it to your neighbors via email or another communication channel.
If your neighborhood is not yet active
Click "Invite neighbors" on the home page. There you can share the invitation link and send it to your neighbors via email or another communication channel.
